Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Our commitment

Gudumale Sustainability Initiative wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Descriptive text alternatives for images in the new page designs.
• Clear, visible focus outlines for people who navigate with a keyboard.
• Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast levels.
• A mobile menu that works with touch, mouse and keyboard.
• Reduced animation for visitors who turn on “reduce motion” in their device settings.
• Forms with visible labels, marked required fields and clear messages after sending.

Known limitations

• Some older news articles and images added before the redesign may not yet have text alternatives.
• Embedded content from other services (YouTube, Google Maps, social media) is controlled by those services.
• Documents in PDF format may not be fully accessible.
